What You Get

The frames a listing
can’t skip.

01

Context perspectives

Four aerial frames — north, south, east, west — that put the parcel in its market: access, co-tenancy, traffic, terrain. Standard in every package, straight from the Asset Class Photo Guide.

02

Parcel 90° look-down

The straight-down frame investors read like a site plan — boundaries, parking ratios, laydown, and roof condition in one image.

03

Airspace others decline

Four airports share this valley. Most properties clear instantly through LAANC; the ones that don’t get a written FAA filing, and the flight happens legally. Documented operations one nautical mile from Harry Reid’s runways 1L/1R. How that works →

Add-ons that ride on the aerials: the CRE Video Brochure™ ($300 — with any package, or $375 standalone from your footage), Raw Video Files ($145), and Twilight ($195).

Licensed Drone Operator

“Licensed” is a claim.
Here is what it should mean.

01

The certificate

An FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is the only credential that makes a commercial drone flight legal. Ours has been held since 2016. Ask any drone photographer for theirs, and the date it was issued.

02

The authorization

A license does not clear the airspace. Every flight that needs it gets its own authorization — instant through LAANC where available, a written FAA filing where it isn’t. Ask how yours will be obtained at your address, before the drone leaves the case.

03

The accountability

Unauthorized operations carry civil penalties of up to $75,000 per violation, and the exposure reaches the party that hired the flight. Everything we fly is documented and citable. Read the compliance page →

Straight Answers

Las Vegas drone photography,
answered.

How much does a drone photographer cost in Las Vegas?

Aerial photography is built into every CRE Visual Solutions package — Bronze at $185, Silver at $385, Gold at $585 — including the four aerial context perspectives and the parcel 90° look-down. Standalone drone photography and video bills at $187.50 per hour. FAA Airspace Coordination, when a manual filing is required, is a $95 per-shoot line item; most properties clear instantly through LAANC at no charge.

What does “licensed drone operator” actually mean?

The license is an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate — the federal credential required to fly a drone for any commercial purpose. CRE Visual Solutions has held it since 2016. Ask any drone photographer for the certificate and the date it was issued, and how they will obtain airspace authorization at your address. The burden of verifying the pilot falls on the party hiring the flight.

Is it legal to fly a drone near the Las Vegas Strip or Harry Reid International?

Yes — with the right authorization. Most properties clear instantly through LAANC; surface-area zones near Harry Reid require a written manual FAA filing that can take up to 90 days. CRE Visual Solutions obtains authorization per operation under 14 CFR 107.41 and has flown documented operations one nautical mile from runways 1L/1R.

What happens if a property is photographed by an unlicensed drone operator?

Civil penalties for unauthorized operations reach $75,000 per violation under the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024, and exposure does not stop with the pilot — one documented federal case ended with the client subpoenaed. The compliance page documents the case and the law, with sources named.

Do you fly drone work outside commercial real estate listings?

Commercial real estate is the specialty, and construction progress sets are flown under the same process. Other standalone commercial drone photography and video bills at $187.50 per hour, with airspace authorization handled the same way on every flight.

What aerial shots come with a listing package?

Every package carries the aerial spine of the Asset Class Photo Guide: four context perspectives (north, south, east, west), plus aerial main shots where the property calls for them. The parcel 90° look-down is part of the standard exterior set on every asset class. Land listings receive an all-exterior and aerial set — up to 15 frames, from ground level to high altitude.
