Zach Mirer — founder and sole operator of CRE Visual Solutions™ — is where four careers converge. All of it now works one market: Las Vegas commercial real estate.

Zach Mirer, Mr. Tri Pod, and the Las Vegas Valley at dusk. CRE Visual Solutions™ deliberately isn’t named after an individual — the standard is the brand — but every shoot, filing, and delivery is executed by the person in the frame.
The office,
most days.
Four careers.
There was no backing into the photography trade. A child picking up his father’s film camera at 13 can plant a seed that transcends any job that merely earns money.
Eight years in LA film and television.
Behind the camera in production — and in front of it: network television and film acting, plus on-camera hosting. Sets teach a discipline no listing shoot can rattle: light it right, frame it right, get it the first time.
Four years in CoStar’s Field Research Department.
Architectural photographer. Four years for CoStar and its marketplaces — LoopNet, Apartments.com, Ten-X, and Homes.com — a minimum of two hours a day, five days a week. 2,000+ hours in the air. The same asset classes CREVS shoots today — office, industrial, retail, land, and multifamily.
Eight years in financial services.
Five years as a licensed broker in wealth management — Series 7 and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, both held during that tenure — and three years running office and operations for a national top-10 accounting firm. That career is why CREVS runs business-first: the job is a photograph that makes a building read like its multi-million-dollar price tag.
Licensed the year the license was created.
The first drone went up in 2013, out of pure passion — and never really came down. FAA Part 107 licensed commercial drone pilot since 2016 — the year the FAA’s Part 107 rule took effect and created the commercial drone license (the remote pilot certificate). 10 years licensed. 2,000+ flight hours of drone experience (Mavic 3 Pro). ATC airspace authorizations obtained per operation — LAANC and manual DroneZone filings — for the restricted airspace surrounding Harry Reid International.
Not slogans.
Operating procedure.
Expertise.
Photo sets tailored by asset class — industrial, retail, office, land, and multifamily — not one generic package for every property type. The Asset Class Photo Guide exists because eight years of production and four of field research taught the same lesson: the shot list is the craft.
Safety.
Four airports share this valley, and CREVS flies it anyway — FAA Part 107 operations with ATC airspace authorizations obtained per operation, LAANC and manual DroneZone filings included. The paperwork clears before the propellers turn.
Efficiency.
Photo and Matterport packages deliver in 2 business days — shoot Friday at 5pm, deliver Tuesday at 5pm — to a private client portal, with marketing flyers and a Property Site included at no charge. Speed the listing can bank on.
Eight years of sets.
Six pieces of evidence.
Six productions, chosen for one reason: this is the standard every CREVS deliverable is held to.
Commercial video production — brand films, company bios — bills at $187.50/hr, scoped per project.
The background checks out.
