CRE Visual Solutions packages are $185 for Bronze “Land & Lease” (up to fifteen pictures: ten exterior standard plus five broker-selected interior), $385 for Silver with the complete exterior and interior sets for the asset class, and $585 for Gold “Virtual Tour,” which adds a Matterport Pro3 LiDAR virtual tour included up to 100,000 SF. Every package includes a Property Site with a personal contact form, marketing flyers for social media, and private client portal access at no additional charge.
How fast are commercial real estate photos and virtual tours delivered?
Photo packages and Matterport virtual tours are delivered in two business days — a Friday 5:00 p.m. shoot delivers Tuesday 5:00 p.m., weekends excluded. The CRE Video Brochure™ takes one more: three business days. Custom video production is scoped per project. Orders are placed without upfront payment; your deliverables land in the client portal for review, and payment in full unlocks the downloads.
Do I need an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot for commercial real estate drone photography?
Yes. Any drone flown for commercial purposes, including CRE photography, requires an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot. Verifying the pilot falls to the party hiring the flight. Civil penalties for unauthorized drone operations reach $75,000 per violation under the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024.
What is LAANC, and why does controlled airspace cost extra?
LAANC returns near-instant FAA authorization for standard flights within published grid altitudes, at no charge. Surface-area zones and above-ceiling operations near major airports such as Harry Reid International require a manual FAA authorization — a written risk assessment filed and reviewed by a person at the FAA, which can take up to 90 days. The $95 FAA Airspace Coordination fee covers that filing and is a per-shoot line item on every package.
What is a Matterport Pro3 virtual tour?
The Matterport Pro3 is a LiDAR scanning instrument that produces a fully navigable 3D virtual tour of a commercial property — the industry’s “digital twin” — accurate to within 20mm at a 10-meter range. Prospects walk the space and measure dimensions remotely. CREVS tours are a visual and spatial record for documentation and marketing, not survey-grade data.
